Is it possible to return the transferred funds?
No.
WHY IS THE AMOUNT SENT FROM MY WORLDCORE ACCOUNT DIFFERS FROM THE AMOUNT RECEIVED TO BANK ACCOUNT?
Because the fee is charged for any payment except Internal payments that are free of charge. Fees for bank wires may be covered by sender or recipient as well as shared between sender and recipient of bank wire. If the fees are paid fully by the sender, the received amount won’t differ. You may select the payer of fees in bank wire request form at your Worldcore account.
Are transfers of funds from an account in Worldcore instant?
Internal transfers and currency exchange transactions are instant. All other operations require moderating and security check that requires time from several minutes to several days.
Do I need to send an application to the Customer Care Service to withdraw a large amount?
No, it is not required.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AMOUNT ALLOWED TO REQUEST WITHDRAWAL VIA BANK WIRE?
The amount should be at least 200 USD or EUR.
WHAT IS «PAYMENT URGENCY» OPTION AND HOW TO USE IT?
This option allows you to speed up the money transfer. There are 2 available local and international payment methods - Ordinary and Express. Ordinary bank wires usually hit the recipient’s account within 1-3 working days, express bank wires hit the recipient’s account the same working day or sometimes the following one if the payment was requested before afternoon.
IS IT ALLOWED TO INITIATE BANK TRANSFER TO THE ACCOUNT, THE OWNER OF WHICH IS OTHER THAN WORLDCORE ACCOUNT HOLDER (Third-party)?
Yes, this is possible.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEND PAYMENTS TO BOTH INDIVIDUALS AND COMPANIES?
Yes, bank payments may be sent to any recipient worldwide.
MAY I REQUEST A SWIFT-CONFIRMATION FOR COMPLETED BANK TRANSFER?
Yes, you may. Please contact the Customer Care Service.
HOW SOON WILL BANK WIRE HIT THE RECIPIENT’S ACCOUNT?
It depends on the urgency you selected while initiating the payment and on the receiving country and time of sending. Generally, the period is 1-5 days.
If I make an internal transfer in the system, will the recipient see the sender information?
Recipient can only see the sender's account name.
Are internal transfers made instantly?
Yes, you can send money instantly to another Worldcore payment account.
AT WHAT RATE IS CURRENCY EXCHANGE PERFORMED WITHIN MY WORLDCORE ACCOUNT?
Exchange rates are updated real-time and displayed while initiating currency exchange in your Worldcore account.
CAN I WITHDRAW MONEY TO A DEBIT CARD WHICH HAS NOT ARRIVED YET AND IS NOT ACTIVATED BUT IS ON THE WAY?
No, this is impossible. Please wait for the card and activate it first.
Can I return the money sent to the card?
No.
Can money be sent to a card that has expired?
No.
WHAT TO DO IF THE MONEY LEFT MY WORLDCORE ACCOUNT BUT PAYMENT STILL HASN’T ARRIVED?
Please contact our Customer Care Service with request to provide SWIFT-confirmation for your bank wire or some other payment proof if you had initiated payment(s) to other direction(s).

MAY I MAKE PAYMENTS TO VISA, MASTERCARD AND UNIONPAY CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS? HOW DOES IT WORK?

Yes, this is possible. Worldcore allows you to make money transfer to any Visa/Mastercard/UnionPay credit or debit card in the world. Please note that that card must be issued by bank, the cards issued by various financial services cannot be funded. The daily limit for payments to Visa/Mastercard is $2,500. Restricted countries: Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), Ecuador, Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Myanmar, Pakistan, Sao Tome and Principe, Syria, Tanzania, Vietnam, Yemen. This is innovative, cheap and quick way for businesses to make mass payouts of small amounts at the very low fees. Such payments are credited to cardholder’s credit or debit card within 2-4 days. Can I replenish my Worldcore account with cryptocurrencies?

Yes, this method is available among other ways of replenishment.
First of all, you need to create an account by clicking on "Create an account" button on the right side of the screen under the account widgets on the main page of your dashboard. Once the account is created, you can go to "Load account" section and select the created cryptocurrency account to replenish your balance.

Can I store my Bitcoin balance in Worldcore account?

Yes, there is such an opportunity. You can replenish your balance with Bitcoin and then store the cryptocurrency in your Worldcore account.

Can I store my Ethereum balance in Worldcore account?

Yes, there is such an opportunity. You can replenish your balance with Ethereum and then store the cryptocurrency in your Worldcore account.
