It means that your card request is being reviewed by our team and it’s going to be mailed soon.
WHAT DOES THE "DELIVERY" STATUS MEAN AT THE STAGE OF CARD ORDER?
It means that your card has been sent out . Expect to receive it at the address you specified in the request for card issue.
May the card owner be other than the account holder?
Yes, it is up to you to select the card recipient and the address.
May the address in the client profile be other than the card delivery address?
Yes, it's allowed.
How long does it take to deliver the card?
Usually from 2 weeks to 1 month.
Can the blocked card be unblocked?
No, it is impossible.
I have lost my PIN, can it be restored without card change?
No, it is impossible.
How many cards can be issued for one account?
Number of cards is unlimited.
